so I was broken when you left me

wasn’t the brand of pain I was expecting

but I guess the solitude’s a blessing

taking care of me has been refreshing

i usually just jump right to the next thing

don’t really believe in second guessing

so may issues that I’m not pressing

I get caught up when I’m undressing

don’t worry now I’ve learned my lesson

I see the buttons but I don’t press them

not adding no more names to my collection

but I haven’t stopped asking questions

I need answers, I collect them
